Bar at the St. Francis / hotel / restaurant you can find wallpapers gathered for a photo in the background?
Looking for a good place to take photos with a couple friends, and really want a beautiful flocked wallpaper in the background. You know the turn-of-the-century Edwardian felt decorated with some flowers a color pattern really vivd on a contrasting background? We would prefer something like a deep red on gold, but others, such as background color blue or green would be too cold. We are in San Francisco, so we thought there must be some post-1906 walpaper awesomeness nearby. Mr. Smith's Bar and Club Wazemia come to mind as well as the Winchester Mansion, but San Jose is too far. Can anyone suggest another place they met with amazing wallpaper, or just period of awesome wallpaper? Bonus if I can find photos on flickr to see what you mean. Thank you!
