How I can ease vintage wool sweaters that have yellowed with age to get the yellow?
Purchased 2 beautiful vintage sweaters Icelandic each has a cream background but the cream looks a bit yellow with age. Does anyone know of a way to minimize this or remove / restore color true. 1 wool sweater is another wool blend. I've heard of something called mrs. Stewarts liquid blue (or something) Has anyone used this? any other suggestions?
Blue gives a blue shade whiter than white makes the most white. I like to try on a small concealed from the first sweater. Ammonia and water can help remove the first yellow also proves that too.
