Any suggestions for finding part-time summer for a college student that pays decently well?
I have 22 years to 2 years college under my bealt. Every summer since I was 15 years I have worked for the company familyl. Unfortunately, for economic reasons I am now unable to do this. I worked in a frame and body shop. The problem, however, is that you never really learned a specific skill, I was only an assistant. I live in a city large, but unforunately the classifieds are very specific and we want people with years of experience and we want to finish with the university. Does anyone have any suggestions While finding a summer job part time that could pay well?
My suggestion to you is working for a law office as a broker. Payment notch well … probably not higher, but is exposed to different things that probably will not see in your family business … also could open doors for you to be of otherwise closed. They also tend to be pretty good with the additional benefits such as "lunch" and "travel" and bonuses. Good luck.
